Hp89bd believes gaming should be fun, not stressful. We are committed to responsible play and provide every user with practical tools and support to stay safe.
Responsible gaming means treating gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to cope with stress. At hp89bd, we are committed to creating a healthy and enjoyable gaming environment for every user.
Many people in Bangladesh enjoy online gaming as part of their leisure time. In some cases, however, excessive play can lead to mental and financial difficulties. hp89bd's responsible gaming policy exists precisely for this reason — so you can enjoy the experience while staying within healthy limits.
Our platform provides a full range of responsible gaming tools and features. From deposit limits and self-exclusion to cooling-off periods and 24/7 support — everything is within easy reach. Because at hp89bd, a happy and informed player is our greatest success.
The foundation of responsible gaming is knowing your budget, managing your time, and never chasing losses. hp89bd has built its platform around these three principles.
Play within your budget, manage your time, and accept losses with a healthy mindset.
Chasing losses, depositing with borrowed money, or playing in secret from family.
Gaming addiction rarely appears all at once. It builds gradually through warning signs that, if caught early, can prevent serious problems. If you notice any of the following in yourself, take a break immediately.
If you notice two or more of the above signs, contact our support team right away. Consider activating self-exclusion if needed. Your wellbeing matters far more than any game.
Hp89bd offers a range of effective responsible gaming tools at no cost. Use them to stay in control of your gaming experience at any time.
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately once set. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period, which helps prevent impulsive top-ups.
Gaming will automatically pause if your losses exceed a set amount. This is the most effective way to keep financial losses in check.
Decide in advance how long you will play each session. The system will send you a reminder at the set time and can lock your account if you choose.
Take a break from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this time your account will be fully inactive and no games can be played.
Activate a permanent self-exclusion lasting from 6 months to 5 years. During this period, you will not be able to access your account or create a new one.
| Limit Type | Effective from | Time to Increase | Maximum Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit Limit | Instant | After 24 Hours | Monthly Cycle |
| Loss Limit | Instant | After 48 Hours | Monthly Cycle |
| Session Time Limit | Instant | After 24 Hours | Every Session |
| Cooling-Off Period | Instant | After Expiry | 6 Weeks |
| Self-Exclusion | Instant | After Expiry | 5 Years |
Follow these tips to build responsible gaming habits on hp89bd. Small, consistent habits can make a big difference.
Decide how much you are willing to spend before each session and be prepared to accept that amount as a loss.
Set an alarm or timer and stop playing when it goes off — no matter how much you're enjoying the session.
Don't think of gaming as a source of income. It is entertainment, just like going to the movies.
Take at least a 10–15 minute break every hour. Get up, drink some water, and stretch your legs.
Don't chase your losses by placing bigger bets — it only makes things worse.
Let family or friends know about your gaming habits. When they are aware, they are better placed to help if needed.
